In the land of endless discoveries, the first place is Alchi village; one of the popular villages is Leh Ladakh, situated on the bank of Indus River, famous for Monasteries. Another is Nubra Valley, known for orchards, scenic vistas and camels, along with mesmerizing monasteries. The valley is sandwiched between Tibet and Kashmir. Futhure in the journey is Pangong Lake, most known for its changing color attribute, nestled in Himalayan range.
Day 01: In Leh
Arrival on Leh Airport you will be met our representative and drive towards. Meet & greet and transfer to the Hotel. We recommend you completely relax for the rest of the day to enable yourselves to acclimatize to the rarefied air at the high altitude.

Day 02: Leh – Sham Valley – Leh
We start our drive the famous Hall of Fame, Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill & Sangam View where Indus & Zanskar River meets. You will reach us. Drive back to Leh.

Day 03: Leh-Nubra Valley via Khardongla Pass at 18350 feet.
After breakfast at hotel drive towards Nubra valley via Khardungla pass (18350 feet) by surface passing thru Horzey & Gangles Village. On arrival in Nubra Valley, drive to diskit, visit Deskit, the HQ town of Nubra Valley. Driving for 30 Kms takes to Khalsar Bridge. Visit desklit monastry. Further drive from Deskit to Hunder, you may see a few Double Humped, Hairy and Bactrian Camels.

Day 04: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake – via Shayok River
Drive toward Pangong Lake. The name Pangong is derived from the Tibetan word Banggong Co meaning long, narrow, enchanted lake. There is a narrow ramp-like formation of land that runs into the lake which is a favorite among tourists and photographers. Due to the saltiness in the water of the lake, there is very less micro-vegetation. There are no fish or other aquatic life in the lake, except for some small crustaceans. However, numerous ducks and gulls over and on the lake surface can be spotted in plenty. There are some species of scrub and perennial herbs that grow in the marshes around the lake. On the way visit Durbuk, Tangste & Lukung.

Day 05: Pangong – Leh by surface 134 Kms
After breakfast leave for walk at Pangong Lake, a highest salt water lake in the World, Shared by two countries India (25%) & China (75%), enjoy the beauty of lake on banks of the lake while appreciating the changing colours of fascinating high altitude lake. Drive back to Leh.

Day 06: Departure from leh
After breakfast transfer from Leh to Airport to catch flight for onward destination with Sweet Holiday memories Tour Terminates.

Identity Proof- Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh is one of the most sensitive areas of India. Hence carry documents which can prove your nationality is really important. So carry your Adhar card and voter Id or either of one.
Contact details of any local citizen- If you know someone who lives in any part of the state don’t forget to carry their contact details.
Medical Kit- Basic medicines- Carry antiseptics, antibiotics, antacids and painkillers along with inhalers and pain relief sprays, ointment to avoid any last moment mood spoiler.
Full sleeves waterproof jackets- It depends on the season you are visiting. Although, you would need light woollens round the year but you need to carry heavy ones if you are visiting between November to March. Water repellent jackets would keep you safe from unseasonal rains.
Trekking Shoes/boots- These may help you in Sonamarg and Gulmarg as the ice level are usually more than 8 ft, and boots are basic necessities to carry for such destination. Although, you can rent it here but it’s always wise to carry your own.
Moisturizers- If you have dry skin, better you carry two bottles of your brand.
Extra bag- For picking up your dirty wears and keeps it away from the woolens.
Umbrella- If it’s a monsoon, umbrella is a must carry. It rains and it rains heavily in Kashmir.
Cash in hidden pockets- Kashmir is actually Cash-more as at every point you need to spend without thinking twice. The best part is eating jaunts are too cheap here. You can eat here limitlessly without burning a hole in your pocket. So eat. And stay calm.
Wearables:- Goggles For protection from sun and UV-rays, Sunscreen Lotion with high SPF(30 or above), Mustard Oil (for applying in nostrils as it can become dry and painful due to dry and cold winds of Ladakh), Lip Balm/ Vaseline, Gloves for bikers, Mufler, Caps, Water/Wind proof jacket.
Other necessary stuff:- Torch with extra cells (NOTE: Less power in leh), Swiss Knife/Knife (if u have any or u want to carry), Water bottle (NOTE: Lots of water to be carried), Extra bag for shopping. As Leh offers many handicraft items
Eatable stuff:- Carry Glucose, chocolates, Nuts and other stuff which u want to carry. NOTE: Appetite will reduce due to AMS
Toiletries:- Face wash/Paper Soap, Tooth brush/ Tooth paste, Wet tissue/Dry tissue (NOTE: Carry lots of tissue paper as tissues are expensive in leh), Moisturizer / Comb
(NOTE: Dress in layers as it will be easy for you to add and subtract clothes due to sudden fall and rise in temperature over there.)
