Trekveda, as the name suggest “The Insight of Trekking” where “VEDA” is a Sanskrit word means “Knowledge” . Since 2017 Trekveda serving as trekking community, made its full-fledged name in the industry. Whereas, serving the adventure activities wasn’t really the only motive, but to keep the Mother Nature preserved has always been the mission as well. Therefore, initiated the “Mero Pahad Campaign” in 2018. Later the journey accelerate and Trekveda affiliated with Uttarakhand Tourism in 2019. In year 2021 Trekveda expanded its services as a travel company, where start to serve as a travel company worldwide. Evolved its tagline from Trekveda “A trekking community” to Trekveda “Your travel saathi” .

1. Sales Executive


Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Travel Expert (Sales Executive) to help us build up our business activities.

Travel Expert responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Customize Trip as per customer requirement.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Perform after sales duty like gathering the document of clients for further operation process.
  • Consult customer for their trip preparation.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Converting the leads into clients.
  • Customer Follow ups.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • BTTM (Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management) or MTTM (Master of Tourism and Travel Management), MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Com.
  • Proven experience as a Travel Expert (Sales in Travel package) or relevant role.
  • Work Experience 6 months to 1 year (Preferred), Fresher are also welcomed.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

2. Operations Executive


Job Description

Tour Operation Executive is liable for handling all the activities occurring in the field.

He must be responsible for the administration of all the exercises occurring during the Tour/Trek.

The operation executive needs to maintain the decorum and communication between the Travelers and Vendors.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Candidate should have a good leadership quality.
  • Candidate should be presentable.
  • Candidate should have a hold on overall Tour management.
  • Candidate will be accountable to management for all the activities taking place in the field.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Work Experience 6 months to 1 year (Preferred), Fresher are also welcomed.

Job Description

We are looking for a Digital marketing Executive who will be responsible for SMO, SEM, SEO and Content.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Keep pace with SEO industry trends and developments including best practices to handle Google updates.
  • Optimize websites to rank higher for relevant keywords in the organic search result.
  • Awareness about various content marketing platforms of the Market Research Industry.
  • Can create “Do follow back link and No follow link”.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Working Experience on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Email marketing.
  • Can write content for multiple platforms such as websites email marketing, product descriptions, videos and blogs.
  • Must have knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and ORM.
